PRIMARY SUBMANDIBULARY GLAND LYMPHOMA IN A PATIENT WITH ATAXIA TELENJIEKTAZIA:CASE REPORT

Ataxia Telenjiektazia (AT, Louis- Bar syndrome) is a rare clinical syndrome that commonly shows oculocutanöz telengiectasia, progressive cerebellar ataxia, recurrent sinopulmonary infections, incresed incidence of malignancy, x-ray hypersensitivity, and autosomal recessive inheritance.

We present a 22 year old man with respiratory distress, high fever and cervical mass admitted to our clinic. The patient following by the neurology clinic with the diagnosis of A-T and mental retardation. Lymphoma of submandibular gland origin and deep neck infection was revealed.
